"A Campanina" is located in the heart of the historic center of Finalborgo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, between the sea and the hinterland, where you can discover numerous historical, artistic, cultural, and scenic treasures. The property is about 1km from the sea and the train station, and only 100m from the bus stop that will take you along the coast. Nearby, you will find artisan shops, local restaurants and eateries, focaccerie, the post office, shops with local and DOP products, the pharmacy, two small supermarkets, and the library. The pedestrian island that prohibits traffic in the village (except in the morning until 9:30) favors tranquility and a sense of community, creating a typical atmosphere of a small town. The property is located on the first floor of a house dating back to 1400. The arches and floors contribute to giving that delicate touch of imperfection that characterizes handmade things, but the interiors, managed directly by the owner, are completely renovated, simple, cozy, and comfortable. Ideal for couples, families, and groups who love to travel and want to feel at home. Our two rooms are spacious and both have a private bathroom, a sitting area, a kitchenette, and a storage room. Upon request, we also provide a kettle, a minibar, and a microwave. For bicycle lovers: we offer the possibility to store two bicycles in the storage room.
