The Old Trattoria Bacco was founded in 1994 thanks to Vincenzo and Carmela, who, out of love for tradition, wanted to open a small trattoria with about 15 seats, where the cuisine offered was strictly homemade. Local cured meats, Pasta e Fagioli, Cavatelli, rabbit, lamb, pigeons, and homemade desserts were the delight for a typical Sannita Circellese lunch or dinner. After 30 years, the taste, the dishes, the familiar welcome, and the genuineness of the products have not changed. In fact, we have enriched our menus without spoiling the flavors of Sannita tradition. Characterized by a family management, the Old Trattoria Bacco offers a warm, relaxing, and peaceful welcome. The hilly location, the temperate climate, and the rich and shady vegetation allow holidaymakers to spend the summer away from the heat of the city or to enjoy quiet days and regenerate with the exquisite local cuisine.
