Situated in northern Italy half way between Venice and Verona, Vicenza offers the visitor a rich history of excellent food and incredible architecture. While Italy abounds with hotels, the best accommodation is found in privately owned guest houses and family run bed and breakfast operations. Vicenza - home of world famous architect Andrea Palladio - hosts many villas including La Rotonda, and is a gold mine for students and tourists alike. It is also a good base for any travel and tourism itineraries in northern Italy, with plenty of medieval castles and villas in the nearby towns of Marostica and Montecchio.

Bob and Jenny provide a nice selection for breakfast. You will always find muesli, toast with jam and butter, yogurt, fresh fruit, wholemeal biscuits, milk, coffee, tea, 100% orange juice, and other seasonal items.

Bob and Jenny first got the idea of opening a bed and breakfast in Vicenza after extensive travel in Asia, Europe and America. Bob is from New Jersey and has been living in Italy now for 30 years, sleeping outdoors in a sleeping bag for 2 months after first arriving in Vicenza back in 1980. He is fluent in Italian and has traveled all over Italy thru the years and enjoys having guests to show around. Jenny comes from Thailand and is fluent in both English and Italian. She enjoys cooking Thai and Italian food for guests, teaches and performs massage at home. Bob is a musician and plays the piano downtown at local clubs. The Bed & Breakfast has been a blessing, allowing us to meet people from all walks of life and establish lasting friendships with people from all over the world. We genuinely enjoy spending time with our guests in the spirit of a true B&B, introducing them to the hidden beauty of Vicenza and Northern Italian culture.
