Apartment in Pula in the countryside
Casa Fiore is situated in the midst of nature on a vast 3000 square meter property, surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees, Mediterranean vegetation, a green lawn, and private parking.
All the apartments are located on the ground floor and have an independent entrance (with only 3 steps), a private veranda, a private kitchen, a private bathroom, air conditioning, television, Wi-Fi connection, and mosquito nets. Each veranda is furnished with an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, shelves for storage, and a clothesline.
The studio is perfect for a couple, while the two-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and the spacious three-room apartment has 5 beds.
In the garden at the back, there is a wooden platform shaded by a gazebo, an ideal place to relax surrounded by greenery and perhaps enjoy the various fruits that our garden offers: figs, medlars, pomegranates, prickly pears, jujubes, plums, and cherry plums.
Next to the villa, guests will find a communal washing machine, with all types of detergents available, a cold outdoor shower, an area dedicated to recycling, and a sink.
In the area in front of the villa, there is parking, part of a large lawn, a pedestrian walkway to the Terra e Sole Cooperative, and a phytodepuration system that allows us to completely purify and reuse our wastewater for irrigation.
On the roof, there are both a photovoltaic solar system and a solar thermal system.

Area countryside
Casa Fiore is located in the southwest part of the beautiful island of Sardinia, just 2 km after the picturesque town of Pula, along the SS195 road. This area is a true paradise for tourists, especially for those who love the sea (although in spring and autumn it is equally fascinating to take pleasant walks or go on mountain bike excursions). In fact, here you will find some of the most beautiful beaches on the entire island: Chia, with its seven breathtaking bays, Tuerredda, with its crystal clear waters, Capo Malfatano, with enchanting beaches and coves, Piscinnì, Porto Tramatzu, Teulada and Cala Zafferano, only accessible by sea. The landscapes are simply wonderful and the coast still retains its natural beauty, thanks to the low presence of buildings and constructions. The water is always transparent and inviting.
The nearest beach to Casa Fiore is the bay of Agumu, which is right next to the charming lagoon of Nora. This beach has no beach facilities and is not very crowded, except for sailors and residents looking for tranquility and easy parking, even in August. The sailing center, operating at a federal level, is extremely active and offers a wide range of marine activities for all tastes.
Just 3 km from here is Nora, which offers a large white sandy beach with easy access. A few hundred meters from the shore, there is also the statue of Madonna del Mare, positioned at about 10 meters deep, and reachable by experienced swimmers directly from the beach.
In Santa Margherita di Pula, you will mainly find two beach areas: Campu Matta beach, only 2 km away, and the pine forest beach, just 7 km away, both easily accessible. However, it is the Pinus Village beach, with its enchanting coves, that deserves a visit at least once, especially when the wind blows from the west or the mistral.
