Breakfast, an important and very personal moment: therefore, you have the opportunity to choose between two types of breakfast, based on your preferences.
"Classic" breakfast:
Croissant or cake, biscuits, toast, cereals, homemade jams, mountain honey and local butter, hot and cold beverages (coffee, milk, tea, espresso, fruit juices).
"Rich and leisurely" breakfast (attention: you might not feel hungry for lunch!):
Compared to the "classic" breakfast, it offers a richer buffet, with freshly cut fruit, creams, yogurt, muesli, eggs, and above all, a platter with local cured meats, sausages, and cheeses.
For breakfast, we mainly use local and traditional products, carefully selected. In this way, we want to let you discover the resources of the territory and aspects of our gastronomic culture that we believe deserve to be highlighted.
Our platter, in particular, represents the meeting between Piedmontese and Valdostan traditions: beef and pork salami, potato salami (boudin), lard and mountain cured meats, samples of tome, fontina, and other local cheeses of different ages. All of this can be paired with our varieties of mountain honey, jams, and local butter.
