Our cozy B&B, completely renovated in 2017, is located just 3 kilometers from the city center and even closer to the Sant'Orsola, Malpighi, and Villa Laura Hospitals (about 700 meters). It is conveniently connected by public transportation, such as buses and surface metro.
The ring road is only 2 kilometers away, from which you can reach the Fiera district and Marconi Airport in just a few minutes. For those who wish, we also offer a shuttle service.
Upon request, we are able to organize dinners prepared directly in our B&B by chefs specializing in Bolognese culinary tradition. You can choose your favorite menu.

- If you prefer a more complete breakfast, you can choose between fresh milk, pastries or cake, eggs, and fruit juice for €13 per person.

Our establishment is located in one of the greenest and well-served areas of the city. The location is extremely convenient for Villa Laura, Sant'Orsola, Malpighi, and Bellaria hospitals. We are only 4 km away from the city center and about 2 km from the entrance of the ring road. Our reserved yet strategic location makes us particularly welcoming for guests traveling for personal reasons, business, tourism, or even for a romantic moment away from the daily hustle and bustle.
