If you have a car, you can visit the cities of Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, Città della Pieve, and, for a refreshing swim, Lake Trasimeno with its islands is only a 20-minute drive away. Our property is located on the first floor of a villa and has three rooms: two doubles (which can become triples or quadruples upon request) and one single (which can become a double upon request). Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, a table with a chair, bedside tables, and linen. Additionally, the property offers free Wi-Fi. Two of the rooms have a balcony. Furthermore, there are two private bathrooms inside the rooms. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and towels. One of the bathrooms has both a shower and a bathtub, while the other only has a shower. Additionally, you will have access to a spacious breakfast room with a balcony, furnished with antique furniture. There is also a large covered porch where you can relax in the shade and read a good book. The kitchen is also available for use. We are at your disposal to accompany you from the S.
