It has forty-seven rooms with private facilities, equipped with shower or bathtub, balcony (except for three single rooms on the fifth floor). Each room is equipped with a 24-inch LED TV, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer (available at the reception), telephone, and safe. Only thirty-one rooms, including four singles and three on the fifth floor, twenty doubles, and four triples, are equipped with air conditioning. In the remaining sixteen rooms, eight doubles and eight triples, located on the front of the building, there is a fan.
