This place is beautiful, spacious, and elegant, perfect for spending time in Genoa or for a business visit. Here you will meet qualified and attentive staff, ready to offer you a special welcome. We are located in the heart of the city, just a few steps from the spectacular Spianata Castelletto viewpoint and the wonders of the historic center. The structure consists of four living units, including three rooms and a mini-apartment with a kitchen. Additionally, we have a large common area with a breakfast room, a lounge, and a charming rooftop garden that extends to the hill from the fourth floor of the building. Our specialty is breakfast, especially gluten-free options, which are served by our fantastic staff in the breakfast room or in the garden under the orange tree. We personally welcome guests who arrive in the morning, offering them hospitality and a place to store their luggage in the common area until the rooms are ready. For check-ins in the afternoon and evening, we have a convenient self-check-in system with a numeric keypad.
