The Vigneto is a high-quality hospitality establishment that offers its guests spacious and meticulously cared-for rooms, including a suite and a junior suite. The attached restaurant serves a revisited traditional cuisine with creative and intriguing proposals. Guests can enjoy the beauty of a unique panorama from the summer terrace, an oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut groves. The terrace is the ideal place for romantic dinners at sunset or for pleasant moments of relaxation in the quiet of the countryside. The managers of the Vigneto are the brothers Manolo and Rossano Allochis, respectively Chef and Dining Room Manager. Thanks to their solid experience gained both in Italy and abroad, they have chosen the Ravinali hills in Roddi to put into practice their expertise acquired in years of intense training.

The menu at Vigneto restaurant is mainly based on à la carte cuisine and utilizes seasonal ingredients to create traditional Piedmontese dishes, revisited and customized by Chef Manolo Allochis. During spring and summer, the menu is enriched with new recipes that use locally sourced seafood products to ensure maximum freshness and flavor for our customers. In addition, we collaborate with reliable local researchers of White Truffle from Alba, who guarantee the quality and origin of this precious ingredient.

Rossano Allochis was born in Cavour (TO) in 1976 and is a member and Head of the dining room at Vigneto. He gained his first work experiences in various local establishments after attending the Pinerolo hotel school. Afterwards, he worked at the La Prua restaurant in Alassio, the Grand Hotel Villa d'Este in Cernobbio, the Grand Hotel Gleneagles in Scotland, the EPCOT Center at Walt Disney World in Orlando, in the Canaries on Fuerteventura and on a private yacht in Monte Carlo. Manolo Allochis was born in Cavour (TO) in 1978 and is a member and Chef at Vigneto. After attending the Pinerolo hotel school, he began his career abroad at Leon de Lion in Lyon. He then completed an internship at the Enoteca di Pinchiorri and worked at the Hotel Miramonti in Cogne, the Hotel Capo Sud on the Island of Elba and the La Ciau del Tornavento restaurant.
