Two apartments are available in a detached house in a quiet residential area about 2 km from the center of Sarzana and only 7 km from the sea. Private parking with the possibility of using a barbecue is available. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Suitable for couples, business travelers, and families with a maximum of 2 children. The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a living room with an LCD TV and a comfortable sofa easily convertible into a double bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. Weekly change of bed linen and towels are included in the price. The apartments are independent, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor accessible by an external staircase. The private parking available to guests is adjacent to the house.
