We offer an enchanting ancient farmhouse, skillfully renovated and situated on a hill just a few meters from the Roman villas of Stabiae. It provides a magnificent view of the city of Castellammare di Stabia and absolute tranquility. The B&B La Magnolia is strategically positioned, with a strong archaeological and scenic interest (Stabiae excavations, Pompeii, and Herculaneum) and is also renowned for its gastronomy, being close to the famous pasta city of Gragnano, the Sorrento Peninsula, and the Lattari Mountains. It is also a thermal destination thanks to the 28 mineral water springs, which are a source of pride for Castellammare. Furthermore, it has religious significance being just a few kilometers away from the city of Pompeii and its Sanctuary dedicated to the Blessed Virgin, a destination for millions of pilgrims. It is located 25 km from Naples airport, 30 km from Salerno, 15 km from Sorrento, and 18 km from Amalfi. The port, which is only 2 km away, offers ferry services to and from the islands of Capri and Ischia during the summer season. Our guests can choose between two different types of accommodations: a mini-apartment with a kitchenette, fireplace, private bathroom, and a large panoramic terrace, or a double room with a private bathroom. Additionally, the farmhouse is surrounded by a large outdoor space, partly cultivated with organic products and fruit trees, and partly terraced, where guests can enjoy the panorama in total relaxation. The property also has ample parking spaces.
