The spacious apartment measures approximately 130 square meters and consists of three rooms. Two of these rooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed and offer the possibility of adding extra beds. Additionally, there is a room with two single beds that can be transformed into two double beds. The house has two bathrooms: one main bathroom with a bathtub and another with a separate shower from the toilet area. This accommodation is ideal for groups of people. You can rent the entire apartment or a single room, in which case the common spaces will be shared. The house has a comfortable living room with a TV area, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Additionally, you will find a spacious fully-equipped kitchen with a washing machine (for a fee), a dishwasher, and all the necessary accessories to prepare meals. You can also enjoy free Wi-Fi connection. Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a tourist tax of €6.00 per person per day.
