The establishment consists of three new rooms, specifically for non-smokers, equipped with large balconies that offer a welcoming atmosphere for both smokers who want to enjoy a glass of local wine and those who want to bask in the warmth of the sun. The rooms have individually adjustable air conditioning and offer additional services for maximum comfort. We are a facility with a convenient and stress-free parking area, with two comfortable covered parking spaces. You can easily park underneath the building thanks to the automated access and leave your car in complete safety, as the garage is equipped with surveillance cameras. As soon as you enter our rooms & breakfast, you will immediately notice a blend of styles, ranging from retro-industrial in some rooms to modern with glass and natural white lights. Our rooms overlook Piazza del Sacro Cuore, which takes its name from the homonymous church from 1886, located a short distance away. Additionally, we are close to Via Piave, where you can find typical inns and enjoy good Abruzzese cuisine, which will be the true protagonists of your stay.
