Area Eur
Located in a strategic position, easily reachable from the main roads, Relais Villa Italia is a true "haven of tranquility", a luxurious guest house located in the EUR area in Trigoria, home to the famous AS ROMA football team. This impressive greenery-immersed structure is surrounded by ancient trees and was built in the 1950s by a wealthy Roman family. Completely renovated, it was inaugurated in May 2018.
A famous protagonist in many films, such as "Cleopatra", this residence has attracted the attention of many famous actors, including Liz Taylor and Richard Burton. Its approximately 3-hectare park was a marvel, but Mrs. Italia was the most determined and became the new owner in 1988. Hence the name Villa Italia, a great love that turns 30 years old.
Located just 200 meters from the Biomedical University Polyclinic Campus in Rome and a few kilometers from the EUR district, you can also easily reach the renowned McArthurGlen Outlet in Castel Romano Village and the Cinecittร World amusement park.
