Our breakfast
Our first experience of the surrounding area will be breakfast.
Every morning, we will be waiting for you in our dining room with a view of the gardens, during the cooler periods, or outside on warmer days, to make your days enjoyable.
Every day, on our table, you will find homemade pastries, freshly baked bread, focaccia, friselle with local tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil from our production, fruit preserves, jams, fresh mozzarella and ricotta prepared every morning.
For those who love fruit, every morning you will find seasonal fruit, yogurt, cereals, and fruit juices.
Breakfast will be accompanied by the aroma of coffee, which we will serve to you in a coffee pot directly at your table, along with milk or your choice of tea.
All the food is arranged every morning so that you can serve yourself, although we are always available for any needs, such as vegetarian or gluten-free breakfasts, with prior notice.
We will be ready to welcome you in the breakfast room every morning from 9:00 to 10:30.

Area mid-centre
The Trullo Sovrano Exclusive B&B is located just outside of Cisternino, less than 1 km from the historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. This exclusive Bed and Breakfast is situated in the splendid Itria Valley, at an altitude of 400 meters and only 12 km from the sea. Nearby, you will also find the Torre Canne thermal center, located directly on the sea, which offers a wide range of services and programs, such as mud therapy and gymnastics, in agreement with the National Health System.
The Valley of the Trulli, also known as the Itria Valley, is an extraordinary place that extends in the southern part of the Murge plateau or upper Salento. This valley extends between the provinces of Bari, Taranto, and Brindisi and includes the municipalities of Alberobello, Noci, Cisternino, Villa Castelli, Ceglie Messapica, Locorotondo, and Martina Franca, as well as other neighboring centers that share similar geographical and cultural characteristics. Here you can admire numerous caves, including the famous Castellana Caves, and explore the ravines of Villa Castelli and Castellaneta. You cannot miss a visit to the Fasano Zoo Safari, which is only ten kilometers from our B&B.
The Bari airport is about 60 km away, while the Brindisi airport is approximately 45 km away.
