Every day, Luciene (my wife) will surprise you with delicious and healthy homemade pastries made with only genuine ingredients that will awaken your taste buds with an explosion of flavor! From 8: 00 am to 10: 00 am, we are ready to transform your awakening into a special moment and make you say that "WOW" that will put you in a good mood for the whole day. Every morning, the preparation of breakfast starts at dawn with Adriana and Ilaria who cook different dishes every day, typical of our region, delighting your palate. We have a 7-day menu, so every day there is something new, so you won't get bored even if you stay for several nights! If you prefer, it is possible to have a lighter breakfast starting from 7: 00 am upon request. We love to pamper you, in fact, the drinks (excluding fruit juices) are served at the table and cappuccino, latte macchiato, and espresso are strictly made with a professional wood-roasted coffee machine. If you have intolerances, we offer both Zymil milk (lactose-free) and soy milk. If you are celiac or have other intolerances, let us know at the time of booking, and we will be happy to modify the dishes according to your needs, as we cook everything ourselves (as much as possible). Even I, Luca the owner, contribute to making your breakfast unforgettable by baking homemade bread, using special flours of ancient grains to make you taste the wonderful flavors of the past. Our selection of cheeses and cured meats is of high quality and, above all, locally produced in the Volterra area, "at Km 0", from producer to consumer.
