The new accommodation facility "Villa Rosa" was created by renovating part of the old farmhouse "Casa Restivo", built in the late 1800s and formerly a reference point for olive and vine production in the Agrigento area, which extended to the sea. Located in the Municipality of Agrigento, in the heart of San Leone (a beach resort in Agrigento), it is a few kilometers away from the city and the famous Valley of the Temples. The building is situated in a residential area of elegant single-family villas, where there are bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, entertainment complexes, nightclubs (Beach Kiosks), beach clubs, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The Villa Rosa B&B has 16 beds in single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms, all with modern and independent services. The independent entrance allows guests to use the B&B with maximum autonomy, but at the same time enjoy the warmth and comfort offered by the main house, with large living rooms, kitchen, and equipped gardens. The high-level three-star bed and breakfast offers good hospitality for a particularly demanding clientele, also in terms of services and articulated solutions (solarium terrace, pergola, large common areas). Breakfast is served in the reserved terrace in summer, furnished with green plants in the shade of an elegant pergola, while in winter it is served in an exclusive living room.
