In the morning, upon waking up, you will be greeted with a delightful breakfast featuring handmade pastries using fresh eggs from our friendly chickens and organic ingredients such as butter and flour sourced from ancient grains. You can also savor a fragrant homemade cereal bread, accompanied by carefully crafted jams made in the farmhouse kitchen using organic fruit from our estate.

Passionately and enthusiastically, we describe to our guests the love for nature, healthy and authentic products, the territory, traditions, and local culture that we convey through our dishes. We use organic flours from ancient stone-ground grains to create our hand-rolled pasta, bread with sourdough, and homemade piadinas with lard from Romagna’s blackberry pig or high-quality extra virgin olive oil. The breakfast pastries and cookies are prepared and baked every week using fresh eggs from our free-range chickens. The meats, cured meats, and cheeses come from small producers in the Bidente Valley, who are part of the Slow Food "Voler bene alla terra" farmers' market. We cultivate, work, and preserve the vegetables from our garden and the fruits from our trees. We also gather wild herbs to enhance our preparations. We offer a selection of wines from the cellars of our hills and beers from local craft breweries. Vegetarian alternatives are always available to cater to different preferences.
