In the previous century, the Edera Bed & Breakfast was a simple stable. With the aim of promoting responsible tourism, the renovation carefully considered the most modern techniques of bioarchitecture and environmental preservation. This is how we transformed a farmhouse into a welcoming environment where guests can relax in a familiar atmosphere. In the common area, you will find a spacious lounge dedicated to breakfast and relaxation, equipped with a stereo system and a large high-definition screen. It is a cozy space to spend time together, with air conditioning and heating for maximum comfort. This space can also be used for business meetings, with a maximum capacity of 50 people. Each room has a distinctive and unique style, specially designed based on the spaces and the farm's past history. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, minibar, television, and air conditioning. It is possible to add a third bed or a crib according to the needs. The feature that impresses our guests even before entering the property is the panoramic rooftop tower. It can be accessed via an external staircase, and once you reach the top, you can enjoy the surrounding panorama, sunbathe during the day, and admire the stars at night. From the very first day, we encourage responsible tourism: the renovation project considered criteria of bioarchitecture and energy saving. From showers and sinks equipped with water-saving diffusers, to low-energy lighting systems, from solar panels for photovoltaic energy production to underfloor heating. These precautions have allowed us to achieve four stars in the "Bed & Breakfast" category and to receive the prestigious European Ecolabel Ecoaudit in 2008, with an exceptional score of 42 out of a minimum of 19.
