C'era una volta (Once upon a time) ...there was a Bed and Breakfast nestled among the green hills of Umbria, facing the ancient walls of Perugia, the perfect place to start exploring the city. Our property is a typical Umbrian rural building. Our dream has always been to welcome tourists in a familiar environment, where we can share experiences and guide them in discovering the artistic beauties and details that make our land unique. We are happy that many of our guests have become true friends, with whom we keep in touch throughout the year. Our B&B was born from an apartment in our house, which we renovated to guarantee maximum comfort to our visitors. We have recovered the peasant tradition by personally restoring all the antique furniture present in the structure. We are also environmentally conscious, so we have installed a photovoltaic system and a heat pump for heating and cooling. Our garden is lush and often we enjoy it together with our customers with a glass of Umbrian wine or some local specialties, surrounded by the panorama of the city just 4 km away and the silence of the surrounding woods.
