The B&B "La Fermata" is located in a house built in 2021 using bio-construction techniques. The house is powered by solar panels and features a cooling system in each room, underfloor heating, and VMC for air recycling and purification. Additionally, there is a private parking area on the property. "La Fermata" is located in Colà di Lazise, on Lake Garda, just 700m from the entrance to the Thermal Park 'Villa dei Cedri'. Guests can enjoy a triple bedroom, a single bedroom, a windowed bathroom with a large shower, and a spacious living room for breakfast and relaxation, complete with a comfortable sofa bed and television. This setup is designed for a family or group of up to four people. Just a few kilometers from Colà are the Garda amusement parks, such as Canevaworld, Gardaland, SeaLife, Movieland, as well as Parco Zoo Natura Viva and Parco Giardino Sigurtà. Additionally, we are only 5 minutes by car from the beach in Pacengo and 6 minutes from the center of Lazise. We are also very close to the bus stop, providing the opportunity to visit the beautiful city of Verona without having to worry about parking.
