Additionally, it is located a short distance from the bus stop to the beaches of Lido di Venezia. The minimum stay is three nights. Scala Mata: we have chosen a Venetian name for this apartment. The staircase is truly unique and connects the ground floor to the first and third floors. The apartment revolves around this staircase, creating a charming and mysterious atmosphere. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. It also has a separate entrance and can accommodate up to five people. The apartment is furnished with original elements, such as the restored exposed beams, the marble table, the antique Venetian door from the 18th century, and the Murano glass chandeliers. Scala Mata combines modern comfort with the charm of the past. It is a cozy, warm, and very bright apartment, with as many as 9 windows on the first floor alone! The lighting is carefully designed to create a pleasant atmosphere at any time of day and evening. Well-behaved children are welcome, and dogs are also allowed.
